Wants and Needs for Sale: I Want $1,000,000

Who doesn’t want to have $1,000,000, or perhaps a delicious Pinkberry frozen yogurt covered in bananas and rich chocolate chips, cooking lessons or perhaps a plane flight home? Well that’s exactly what the talented couple Christine and Justin from New York City are seeking through the sale of their artwork. The concept is brilliant and and stemmed from their “love of stuff and art.”

Each gloss coated piece is painted on acrylic 2″ deep gallery canvas and sells for the market price of the object in the painting. The artists then use the revenue to purchase the item on the canvas. So, for example if Justin was craving “A Slice of Pepperoni Pizza” for $3.00 or 100 hot buffalo wings from Pluck U for $62.95 you would be coughing up that price for one of his paintings of the food.
